Scheduling

Scheduling is done on a monthly basis for ongoing music lessons and on an individual or package basis for SE sessions and consulting.

Rates

Rate for all sessions (music, SE, session for credit, or consulting):

$130 per hour (prorated for 30 or 45 minute sessions)

For monthly scheduling, invoices are sent by the 1st of each month and are due the 5th of each month. For pay-as-you-go sessions, invoices are sent when scheduled and payment is due 48 hours before the session. Preferred payment methods are Zelle, Apple Cash, and Square.

Rescheduling or Cancellations

Rescheduling or cancellations are welcomed up to 48 hours before any scheduled lesson or session. Rescheduling or cancellation requests within 48 hours of a session can be honored in case of emergency, illness, or incapacity—please contact Olivia as soon as possible if this occurs. Lessons and sessions cancelled due to emergency should be rescheduled within 2 weeks of the initially scheduled session for a date within 4 weeks of said session. PLEASE NOTE: Requests to reschedule in cases of double booking or forgetting a session on the client’s part will not be honored or refunded.

In Person Sessions

In person sessions are offered at Mercury Project in the Southtown Arts District of San Antonio, Texas. Music sessions can be held in other locations besides these for an additional travel fee. Please contact Olivia to inquire about this option.

Online Sessions

Online sessions are currently being offered online via video messenger platforms (Zoom, FaceTime, and WhatsApp).
