Music

I have been guiding music in many forms for 20 years. My masters is in Early Childhood Music Education, which introduced me to how humans learn and retain music, knowledge that has spurred my love for figuring out what makes humans tick in general (i.e. learning about the nervous system through Somatic Experiencing training; learning about the body-mind through yoga teacher training, meditation, and inquiry).

My approach to music is life-giving and connecting. I want the people I work with to feel met and supported at a human as well as creative level, and I achieve this with wisened musicianship, a healthy sense of play, and easeful patience. My clients leave music sessions feeling more regulated and in touch with their inherent musical gifts. We’re all musicians and we thrive musically when we find our unique musical voice. I love to hold space for that kind of discovery.

I offer 30, 45, and 60 minute 1:1 or small group music sessions for voice, piano, and guitar. Contact me below if you’re interested. I look forward to supporting you!
